prašak eritrita ili xylitola (brezin šećer) u prahu, za dekoraciju
Ova elegantna i sočna te jednostavna za pripremanje torta idealna je za hladno zimsko doba i serviranje uz šačicu čaja, a možete je i zamrznuti i ona će ostati sočna i mekana.
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:

Zagrijte pećnicu na 180C°. Lagano namastite posudu za pečenje sa malo ulja ili maslaca.
2.
U lonac stavite jabuke sa polovicom limunovog soka i dvije žlice šećera. Dovedite do vrenja te potom na laganoj vatri kuhajte 7-9 minuta ili dok jabuke ne omekšaju dovoljno da ih možete zgnječiti vilicom. Nemojte ih previše gnječiti jer želite ostaviti strukturu jabuke. Ostavite da se ohladi.
3.
Stavite ohlađeni pire od jabuke, jaja, mljevene bademe, preostali šećer i otprilike jednu žlicu limunovog soka u blender dok ne postignete kompaktnu smjesu. Izlijte sadržaj u lim za pečenje i pospite sa listićima badema.
4.
Pecite oko 40 minuta ili provjerite čačkalicom te bi trebala izaći suha kada je torta gotova. Provjerite tortu nakon 30 minuta i ako postaje previše smeđa pokrijte je papirom za pečenje ili aluminijskom folijom.
5.
Nakon što je pečena, ostavite tortu da se ohladi prije nego što je izvadite iz kalupa. Servirajte je toplu ili hladnu te pospite sa eritritom ili xylitolom (brezin šećer) u prahu.
