U današnjem članku donosimo zdravi vegetarijanski burger koji je savršena alternativa i za sve mesoljupce. Za ove slasne burgere potrebni su vam sljedeći sastojci:
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. Prethodno zagrijte pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva celzijusa, a zatim narezane gljive pomiješajte s orasima, malo soli (3 – 4 žličice) i oko 3 – 4 žličice papra. Ovu smjesu staviti na papir za pečenje i ispeći na temperaturi od 200 stupnjeva.
2. Sljedeći korak je da se u blenderu pomiješaju gljive, crveni i zeleni luk, ocat. Miješati dok smjesa ne postane glatka. Nakon toga smjesu prebaciti u veliku zdjelu i pomiješati kvinoju i kukuruzni škrob. Miješajte sve dok smjesa ne postane kompaktna. Zdjelu prekrijte plastičnom folijom i ostavite u hladnjaku 2 sata.
3. Kad se smjesa povezala, oblikujte pljeskavice. Prethodno bi se pećnica opet trebala zagrijati na 200 stupnjeva celzijusa. Na papir za pečenje razmazati žličicu kanolinog ulja i posložiti 4 – 5 pljeskavica zdravog burgera. Oblikovane burgere je potrebno peći 10 minuta.
4. Kao prilog možete servirati majonezu od ružmarina. Kombinirajte majonezu, ružmarin, limunov sok i prstohvat soli. Majonezu od ružmarina zadržati u hladnjaku do 5 dana. Poslužite burgere s ovom ukusnom majonezom, zelenom salatom i rajčicama. Uživajte
