1 šalica mlijeka (nemasno)
1 komad vanilije - mahuna (oko 1 cm)
Kada vaši mali žele sjediti s velikima, napravite im ovu jednostavnu i zdravu verziju kave s datuljama. Mliječna mješavina dovodi ih u dobro raspoloženje,a kakao prah i aroma vanilije stimuliraju središnji živčani sustav.
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. Prepolovite datulje. S velikim nožem grubo nasjeckajte orahe.
2. U visokoj posudi pomiješajte sok od brusnice, 1 žličicu kakaa u prahu i 1/3 šalice mlijeka, zajedno s datuljama i orasima. Stavite u blender i sjeckajte dok smjesa ne bude glatka.
3. Zgnječite vaniliju po duljini i istrljajte sjemenke. U malom loncu pomiješajte sjemenke vanilije s preostalim mlijekom i zagrijte dok ne bude toplo (nemojte prokuhavati).
4. Mlijeko promiješajte mutilicom dok ne bude pjenasto.
5. Ulijte mlijeko od datulja u čašu i dodajte na vrh toplo izmućeno mlijeko. Pospite ostatkom kakaa u prahu i odmah poslužite.
