50 g dairy-free margarina
120 ml sojinog mlijeka
1 l kokosovog ulja bez mirisa
250 g brašna (pšenično ili pirovo)
1 ½ žličice praška za pecivo (može poslužiti i soda bikarbona)
½ žličica himalajske soli
50 g smeđeg nerafiniranog šećera
200 g malina (ako nemate svježe može i liofilizirane)
1/2 naranče
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. U loncu rastopite margarin, sojino mlijeko i 2 žlice kokosovog ulja . Istovremeno u drugoj zdjeli spojite brašno, prašak za pecivo, sol i šećer. Napravite rupu u sredini te ulijte sadržaj iz lonca.
2. Postepeno spojite smjesu dok ne postane kompaktno tijesto te ga podijelite u 24 okruglice srednje veličine.
3. Zagrijte suncokretovo ulje u loncu na visokoj vatri te kada postane vruće smanjite vatru. Uz pomoć žlice pažljivo stavite po 6 okruglica u ulje te ih pržite 3-5 minuta ili dok ne isplivaju na površinu i poprime zlatno-smeđu boju.
4. Istovremeno napravite umak od malina. U lonac stavite maline, sok od ½ naranče i šećer te kuhajte nekoliko minuta dok se umak ne zgusne.

Ispečene mini krafne pospite šećerom u prahu te ih poslužite sa umakom od malina.
