Srednje kalorijčnoSASTOJCI:
100 g brašna od slanutka
1 žličica kumina (kim)
Maslinovo ulje
150 g jogurta
1 češanj češnjaka, zgnječen
75 g veganskog feta sira
2 žlice sitno nasjeckane mente
1 glavica cvjetače, nasjeckana na kockice
1/2 ½ velike butternut tikve, nasjeckana na kockice
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. Zagrijte pećnicu na 180C°. Posložite kockice cvjetače i tikve u lim za pečenje te polijte sa malo maslinovog ulja. Pecite otprilike 25 minuta dok povrće ne omekša. Ukoliko ovo radite unaprijed, ostavite povrće da se potpuno ohladi te ga potom zamrznite ( potpuno odledite prije pripreme).
2. U zdjelu za pripremu stavite brašno od slanutka, te umijesite 125-150ml vode kako bi napravili smjesu gustoće kao vrhnje. Smjesi dodajte začine te potom dodajte cvjetaču i tikvu koje ste prethodno malo zgnječili.
3. U tavi zagrijte ulje te kada je vruće dodajte 2 žlice smjese tako da između formiranih pohanaca ostane dovoljno mjesta. Pržite ih 2-3 minute sa svake strane te izvadite na toplo mjesto dok ne potrošite cijelu smjesu.
4.
Za umak pomiješajte jogurt sa češnjakom, feta sirom i mentom. Servirajte pohance sa umakom i pita kruhom po želji.
