250 g tofua (svježi)
1/4 čajne žličice himalajske soli
1/4 čajne žličice kurkume u prahu
1/8 čajne žličice crnog ili šarenog papra
Jednostavna tofu kajgana, veganska je alternativa kajgani od jaja. Jako je jednostavno za napraviti, bogato proteinima i trebate samo 4 sastojka!
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. Iskomadaj tofu i koristi vilicu da ga usitniš u manje komadiće
2. U tavu dodajte malo vode ili kokosovog ulja, kada se taba ugrije, dodajte tofu i ostale sastojke. Miješajte dok se dobro ne sjedine i kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri 5 do 10 minuta. Povremeno miješajte.
3. Poslužite tofu na tostiranom kruhu ili tortilji i pospite ga svježim peršinom ili začinom po želji.

Ostatke možete sačuvati u frižideru u zatvorenoj posudi tri do četiri dana
