Pad Thai je jelo tajlandske kuhinje. Priprema ovog jela traje 35 minuta, što znači kada ne znate što jesti evo brzog, zdravog i ukusnog recepta.
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. Prije kuhanja, pripremite sve namirnice i začine. Češnjak sitno nasjeckajte, a tofu narežite na veće kockice. Mladi luk operite i narežite na tanke rezance. Zatim, tofu pospite kukuruznim škrobom.
2. U međuvremenu, kuhajte rezance po uputama s ambalaže i isperite ih hladnom vodom da se brže ohlade. Zatim ih ocijedite.
3. Kako bi napravili ukusan umak dodajte sojin i čili umak, šećer, sok od limete i češnjak. To zasada ostavite po strani.
4. Na velikoj tavi, zagrijte žličicu ulja. Dodajte papar i kuhajte dok ne omekša četiri do pet minuta. Zatim dodajte tofu i kuhajte četiri do pet minuta dok ne postane zlatno – smeđe boje.

Dodajte rezance i umak i pomiješajte do sjedinjenja. Po želji dodajte klice i sjeckani kikiriki.
