2 glavice luka, nasjeckane
2 češnja češnjaka
2 mrkve, nasjeckane
2 stabljike celera, nasjeckane
Svježi ružmarin
Maslinovo ulje
1 žličica čilija
100ml crvenog vina
1 x 400g limenka zelene leće ( poželjno je koristiti svježe kuhanu)
2 x 400g limenke rajčice
1kg miješanih gljiva
4 žlice brašna
800ml bademovog mlijeka
70g veganskog sira
300g listova za lazanje ili jednostavno napravite svoje
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. Nasjeckajte luk, češnjak, mrkvu i celer te pirjajte u loncu sa maslinovim uljem i mrvicama čilija otprilike 20 minuta ili dok povrće ne poprimi laganu zlatnu boju.
2. Potom u lonac ulijte crveno vino te kuhajte dok ne ispari te nakon toga dodajte leću. Rajčice zgnječite i dodajte u lonac zajedno sa vodom koju dodavajte po potrebi i sve zajedno kuhajte 1 sat.
3. Gljive nasjeckajte te ih dodajte u drugu tavu i pirjajte otprilike 5 minuta dok tekućina iz gljiva ne ispari. Gljive izvadite sa strane te u istoj tavi dodajte 4 žlice ulja i brašno te postepeno ulijevajte bademovo mlijeko i sve pirjajte 5 minuta. Umak potom stavite u blender zajedno sa 1/3 gljiva i 50g sira, začinite i sve skupa spojite u kompaktnu smjesu.
4. Sada na list blitve namažite humus, stavite žlicu nadjeva (ako je pustio malo vode ocijedite rukama), matovilac, rikulu, ljubičasti luk i zamotajte.
5. Zagrijte pećnicu na 180C°.
6. U zdjeli za pečenje složite lazanje. Na dno stavite malo umaka od leće, gljiva te prekrijte sa listom lazanje i 5 žlica kremastog umaka. Ponovite postupak još 3 puta te vrh prelijte ostatkom kremastog umaka i preostalim gljivama. Naribajte preostali sir te stavite u pećnicu i pecite 50 minuta. Pustite da se ohladi 15 minuta prije serviranja.
