100g krušnih mrvica
1 glavica crvenog luka( 1/2 nasjeckana, 1/2 narezana na kriške)
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
4 srednje bublice ( bezglutenske ili od cijelog zrna)
Ovi visoko proteinski te vlaknima bogati burgeri idealni su za vegane, ali i sve one koji žele zdraviju i manje masnu verziju ovog popularnog jela.
UPUTE ZA PRIPREMU:
1. U blenderu izmiješajte slanutak, koricu i sok limuna, jaje, mljeveni kumin i začine. Nakon toga dodajte 80g krušnih mrvica i nasjeckani luk. Oblikujte 4 burgera te utisnite ostatak krušnih mrvica na obje strane svakog burgera te ostavite da stoje 10 minuta.
2. U tavi zagrijte ulje te popecite brugere na srednjoj vatri 4 minute sa svake strane i pazite da ne zagore i po potrebi smanjite vatru. Za serviranje burgera prerežite bublice te na svaku složite jednu krišku rajčice, pečenu smjesu za burger te nekoliko kriški crvenog luka i krastavca te po želji možete dodati nemasni umak po vašoj želji.
